The FretPulse Engine (the "Service") uses automated audio processing and machine learning models (including source separation and transcription). Results are approximate and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

• Incomplete separation of instruments, especially in dense mixes.
• Misidentified notes, timing errors, or missing notes in transcription results.
• Performance bias for genres or recordings that differ from model training data.
• Reduced accuracy with low-quality audio, background noise, or heavy effects.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Outputs are provided for convenience and experimentation only. You should review, verify, and correct results before any professional or commercial use.

The Service does not determine copyright ownership, licensing status, or permissible uses of any content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload, process, and use any outputs — see the Terms of Service and the Copyright and Takedown Policy.
