This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of the FretPulse Engine (the "Service"), as referenced in the Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use the Service to upload, store, or share content or to engage in behavior that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringes intellectual property or other rights of others — see the Copyright and Takedown Policy if you need to report this.
  • You do not own or lack permission to upload or process.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempts to bypass or interfere with the Service, its security, or its integrity.
  • Harasses, threatens, defames, or harms others.
  • Contains illegal, hateful, or exploitative material, including sexual content involving minors.
  • Attempts to extract data, content, or access in bulk without permission.
  • Uses automated means to overload or disrupt the Service.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict access, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. We may also report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly.
