Audio Upload Consent and Permission

This document defines the consent and permission statement that users must accept before uploading audio to the FretPulse Engine (the "Service"), reflecting the content permissions in the Terms of Service and the Model Limitations and Accuracy Disclaimer for the derived outputs it describes.

1. Required Consent Statement (UI Text)

Place the following statement near the upload button as a required checkbox:

"I confirm that I own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process this audio. I understand the Service will create derived files (stems, spectrograms, MIDI, waveforms, and generated guitar tablature) for my use, and that I remain responsible for ensuring my upload does not violate any rights or laws."

2. Consent Capture (Implementation Notes)

Record the following fields when the user provides consent:

• user_id
• file_id
• timestamp (UTC)
• consent_version (this document's version)
• ip_address (if permitted by applicable law)
