Copyright and Takedown Policy (DMCA)

This policy describes how to submit copyright complaints for content hosted on the FretPulse Engine (the "Service"), referenced from the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy. It is intended to comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are located outside the United States, we will review notices under applicable local law.

1. How to Submit a Copyright Notice

Send a written notice to support@fretpulse-engine.com with the following information:

Your full legal name and contact information (email, phone, and address).
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service.
A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice that includes:

Your name, address, phone number, and email.
Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or where we are located if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts for repeat copyright infringement.

4. Misrepresentations

Please note that submitting a false notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences.
